I started waking up at 5 am and going to a personal trainer last wednesday.
I have gone everyday (besides weekends) but I will probably start going saturdays this week.
I’m so sore, but feel so accomplished and it motivates me to eat better portions and healthier!
Im already watching the weight drop without doing anything extra.
and its not by fad dieting or anything unhealthy.
When they say diet and exercise is vital and the best way to get in shape and reach your goal weight and stuff, they arent kidding.
Plus, Im awake and ready for the day dark and early! :]
